Due to the custom nature of our designs, the SWAK Shoppe is not able to support exchanges or returns due to errors in order (ordering wrong size, color or just changing your mind). All products are considered final sale - so double check your order prior to submitting.
In case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 15 days of product delivery. We must be notified in a timely fashion to ensure being able to replace, so let us know ASAP of any defects.
